Use of Services

• Services are provided under agreed Statements of Work or Purchase Orders.
• Access credentials and shared data must be kept secure by the client.

Payments

• Invoices follow the milestones or schedules defined in the PO/contract.
• Delays in payment may pause delivery until dues are cleared.

Intellectual Property

• Client-provided assets remain the client’s property.
• Work-product ownership will follow the signed agreement; by default, it transfers upon full payment.

Liability

We operate on a best-effort basis and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Remedies, if any, are limited to the fees paid for the impacted service.

Support

Support terms (SLA, response times) are defined in the respective project or hosting agreement.
