We offer a 30-day refund window for web hosting services from the activation date.

Web & Mobile Applications

Projects can be cancelled within 7 days from the date of Purchase Order (PO). Post cancellation, refunds will be processed within the next 7 working days.

• Include the service name and reason for refund to help us resolve quickly.

Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary by provider.
